Aimee King

My Story

Aimee King is a veteran of the U.S. Army.  Aimee and her Australian Shepherd, Willow started off with Vets to Vets United, Inc in August 2023.  Willow is very good at Deep Pressure Therapy (DPT) to relieve some of Aimee's anxiety and depression.  They are working on many more tasks of a service dog, but is showing good progress.  Aimee and Willow continue to work on building a strong bonding relationship during the bad days and good days.  Service dogs are there to perform a job to assist those in need, but remember, like humans; dogs have challenging days too.
